Effective June 1, 2026. This policy describes how Hunter Data LLC handles information for MNDA Now.
This policy is intended as production-ready business language, but it should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before public launch.
This Privacy Policy explains how Hunter Data LLC collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use MNDA Now. MNDA Now is an online workflow for creating, sending, electronically signing, storing, and downloading mutual non-disclosure agreements and related audit records.
We collect information you enter into MNDA Now, including names, company names, legal addresses, email addresses, agreement titles, jurisdiction choices, confidentiality terms, descriptions of covered information, account details, support messages, and billing or plan selections.
When an MNDA is created or signed, we may collect and store agreement text, signed PDFs, audit certificates, typed signatures, drawn signatures, electronic consent records, signer status, signing timestamps, signing links, email delivery records, and related workflow events.
We may collect technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device information, user-agent strings, request logs, access dates and times, page activity, error information, and security events. This information helps us operate, secure, debug, and improve the service.
For account users, we collect account profile information and authentication records. Passwords are stored in hashed form. Password reset tokens are stored in hashed form, expire after a limited period, and are marked used after a reset.
MNDA Now may use third-party payment providers to process payments and subscriptions. We may store payment status, plan, billing provider, customer identifiers, subscription identifiers, and payment events, but we do not intend to store full payment card numbers on our servers.
We use information to create and deliver MNDAs, send signing links, capture electronic signatures and audit records, generate signed PDFs and audit certificates, provide account archive access, process payments, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, secure the service, maintain internal records, troubleshoot issues, and improve MNDA Now.
We send transactional emails related to the service, including signing invitations, completed-document notices, password reset emails, account messages, support notifications, and operational notices. MNDA Now is not intended for bulk marketing email.
We may share information with the parties to an MNDA, authorized account users, service providers that help us operate MNDA Now, payment processors, email providers, cloud hosting and storage providers, support and operations tools, professional advisors, and authorities when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or service integrity.
MNDA Now may rely on third-party providers for hosting, database services, file storage, email delivery, payment processing, analytics, logging, security, and support workflows. These providers may process information only as needed to provide services to Hunter Data LLC or as otherwise permitted by their terms and applicable law.
We may retain generated agreements, signed PDFs, audit certificates, party information, signing events, email events, support records, and account records for service delivery, account archive access, internal service archives, legal, security, compliance, dispute resolution, and business purposes. Retention periods may vary by record type, plan, legal requirement, and operational need.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for using accurate email addresses, protecting account credentials, and safeguarding signing and download links.
You may choose not to provide certain information, but MNDA Now may not work without information needed to create, send, sign, or deliver an agreement. Account users may sign in to access available archive records. You may contact support@mnda.now for help with access, correction, or deletion requests.
We may preserve, disclose, or restrict access to information when we believe it is reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, regulatory obligations, security requirements, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or protection of the rights and safety of Hunter Data LLC, users, signers, or others.
MNDA Now is operated from the United States. If you use the service from outside the United States, you understand that information may be processed and stored in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate.
MNDA Now is intended for business users and is not directed to children. Do not use MNDA Now if you are under the age required to enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction.
Hunter Data LLC may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated policies will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of MNDA Now after an updated policy is posted means the updated policy applies to your use of the service.
